EMBODIED is a monthly immersion that holds space for and encourages your unfolding, supporting you on the evolutionary journey of becoming yourself.

This first immersion in the Embodied series will be a meaningful day of attuning to, revealing and celebrating WHAT YOU ARE in the deeper sense as we honour the beautiful role you’re naturally here to fulfill within our wider communities and the ecosystems of life on Earth.

The container will be well held and the group field will be honest, alive and relational.

We'll open with very subtle ceremony, before moving through a series of accessible yet meaningful embodiment practices designed to meet you wherever you’re at in your own personal unfolding.

We’ll close the day with a sacred theatre practice and space for integrative reflection and connection.
