Late Night Leaders Lounge arrives into Manchester.
Arrival from 8:45PM for a 9PM-MIDNIGHT spacious evening of connection, deep conversation and bond building.
This isn't a ‘facilitated’ event but Matthew will officially welcome everyone at the start of the evening, lead 15-20 mins of flowing connection ice-breakers, and then very gently steer the culture towards meaningful connection and regulated nervous systems. By 9:20pm-ish we'll be in free flowing spaciousness.
Think: Everyone in their naturalness with lots of little groups and people connecting 1-on-1 all at once in an organic flow.
