In our Deep Heart we hold our relationship with the land, our ancestry, our culture, and our people.

While we often get caught up the complexities and distractions our deep heart always remembers and resonates with what is most important to us, to what we most deeply love.

As a participant of "The Deep Heart" immersion workshop, you'll explore, tend and soothe the intricate and intimate relationships you have with your body, your lands, your culture, your people and the world around you.

Today in the Western world we are often fractured from these pillars of essential humanity and in many ways have forgotten what it means to truly be human.

This immersion offers a balm to those fractures, and a soothing experience for the human heart, bridging gaps and mending our broken relationship with land, and ancestors and culture.

Over 6 hours we will engage in subtle ceremonies and embodiment practices designed to harmonise and reconnect participants to a deeper sense of self and belonging.

Matthew will also lead a sacred tea ceremony with Hawthorne; one of the great ancient heart medicines of these lands.

You’ll leave our time together grounded, nourished and breathing easy.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Matthew Liam Gardner is a 2nd-Generation Master Teacher, a Ritual Elder and Luminary. He is calling forward, initiating and guiding a new generation of Emerging Elders, Cultural Leaders and Custodians of the Sacred.

Matthew has a captivating ability to weave together mystery teachings, mythos, and deep seeing as he invites you into a deeper experience of your life and your destiny.

THE VENUE

The Chakra Room is a complementary health and wellbeing centre based in the beautiful market town of Ramsbottom, specialising in holistic treatments, classes, workshops and trainings for health, wellness and spirituality.

The very essence of The Chakra Room is to treat the “whole person”, achieving this by combining a range of holistic therapies and workshops to promote emotional and physical wellbeing.

Arrive from 11:45AM for a 12PM start. We conclude at 6PM. All attendees will have departed by 6:30pm.

TO NOTE

*Herbal teas will be on hand and a 20-minute break will be taken around the halfway point with some light refreshments and snacks Ensure you have lunch prior to arrival, and consider bringing a light snack and a water bottle.

Some people like to bring a notepad though its not compulsory.
