Defining Cultural Leadership

Matthew Gardner

Culture, in its matured form, is like a bridge between the past and the present, reminding us of our roots while also guiding our future.

Cultural leadership keeps us connected to our community, to nature and to our own story in ways that are meaningful, enriching and essential to our humanity.

Cultural Leadership breathes life into our human family, not slowing our progress, but shaping it, steering it towards the sustainable, towards the soulful, towards the fertile, towards the love that is the longing in all our hearts.

Simply put, culture awakens the human spirit and cultural leadership paves the way for generations to come and the future we each know is possible.
