Cultural Leadership is the Natural Response

Cultural leadership is the natural response to the great challenges of our time.

Born into a cement world, overwhelmed and overstimulated - our human family finds itself in the midst of a crisis of meaning, a fracturing from the Earth, a disconnection from purpose, and yearning for a raw, real, tender, honest, and intimate humanity.

I'm not entirely sure if we've dug our own grave just yet...but we have definitely sterilised the soil.

When I listen deeply and when I let myself really feel what is here...

I hear that we have come to a time that calls for cultural enrichment in the Western world...

and I feel the great desire for a new depth of intimacy and honesty and maturity in our families our communities, our villages and our regions.

These times call not just for leaders... but for CULTURAL LEADERS...

And not just for adults... but for ELDERS.

For this reason it is essential that we come together

To turn and face the challenges of our time....

To turn and face what it really means to mature beyond leader into cultural leader...

To enrich each other - and in turn enrich our families, communities and regions...

To share in the feast of living wisdom that will emerge between us.
